From GIS Viewer to Land Decision System
Kshetron sits at the intersection of GIS, real estate intelligence, urban planning, infrastructure, AI and public data systems.
Many map products begin and end with visualization. Kshetron is moving in a different direction: from GIS viewer to land decision system.
The practical user does not only want a beautiful map. They want to know whether a site is feasible, whether records and boundaries need further checking, whether nearby infrastructure changes the story, and whether a planning rule or public dataset affects the opportunity.
That is why Kshetron connects modules such as Land, Maps, Owner and Land Records, Project Radar, GIS layers, weather, measurement, CAD import/export and CRM-controlled access. Each module supports a different part of the land workflow.
The product is founder-led and shaped by lived experience with real estate, land evaluation, GIS exploration, construction planning and urban development workflows. It is being built for decision makers, not only map experts.
The ambition is to make land understandable. When land intelligence becomes faster, clearer and more accessible, project planning becomes less uncertain and development decisions become better informed.
